Blissful trade

The other week me and Rene from BlissJewelry made a trade and though I recieved it a while ago I only got to blogging it now. I got my beautiful necklace in the mail and I love, love, love it!!!. I've been eyeing this necklace since my birthday when my best friend bought me my branch necklace from Rene's Etsy, and its truly blissful!!

I love MOO!

I designed a various of them for Rini & Faith, and some just as personal contact cards. This batch is my test run with Moo and what can I say, I LOVE THEM! I've been dying to try them out all year long but I never had the time or money to, and now I'm hooked. I'll be putting together more/better cards soon, and here are a few of mine to look at.

Sorry I've kept you waiting all morning ... I just got in from running errands, hoping I'd get done by noon but ran a few minutes late. Both my sister and I agreed on this solution quite easily and though we adored a handful of other ideas Moon & Stars was our #1 pick!!!

Thank you soooo much for everyone who shared their creative and fun ideas and for taking part in our first contest. Our decision was based solely on the ideas themselves and because we loved so many that were entered we might just go ahead and explore some of the ideas and construct them anyways. If we do happen to construct your ideas later on down the road we'll let you know and we also have something special in mind for you if your ideas are used!

It's midnight !!!

But no winner just yet, sorry ... hehe ...Suspenseful, I know. {this was way harder than I thought} There are sooo many good ideas to choose from!! But we {yes BOTH Rini & Faith .. me and sister dearest} have narrowed it down to our Top 5.

I don't want to share which those are just yet, but I did bring out my sketch book to explore how I'd construct my 5 favorite ideas. But even with drawing them out the decision is quite tough. I think narrowing it down to 5 is an accomplishment in it's self so the only thing left to do right now is sleep on it and choose a winner in the morning. Hopefully I'll be able keep these ideas on a leash for a few hours to get some rest. Please bear with me and I'll see you all in the morning!

Rockstar Ruby!!!

Exciting news!!! It's a little late in making it's way onto my blog but it's super exciting and I wanted to spread it like wildfire!

A good friend of mine and ever so talented fellow crafter, Ruby was just featured on the Free People blog as their first featured Blogger! Ruby is super talented, super beautiful and such an inspiration. Her and her fun loving husband Ben have been so extremely supportive in all my artsy endeavors whether it be my graphic design work, crafting, school and or Etsy. They are both a pleasure to work with and I can't thank them enough for all their love, wisdom and encouragement.

I'm so blessed to see the wonderful things God is doing in their lives and with their family. Check out Ruby's Cakies blog, and shop, and Free People's entry about her.
